Ayurveda High Electrolyte Lemonade Recipe


This recipe has all you need to stay hydrated this summer. Add lavender or mint for your garnish and you have a healthy beautiful drink to keep you and your family hydrated and healthy.



High in Vitamin C and antioxidant

Ingredients:

(1 serving )


1/2 lemon

1 cup cold filtered water

salt- 1pinch

cardamom- pinch

saffron threads- few threads

raw sugar- to taste- can also use stevia


Juice lemon and add water, salt, saffron. Stir until salt is dissolved. Stir in sweetener to taste. Garnish with mint or lavender and serve. Serves 1 person, multiply as needed.


Saffron is a fragrant spice that might just be hiding in your kitchen. Very little is needed so, as expensive as it is, it might take you awhile to use it up.
