FAMILY Book SERIES
Now Complete
Exciting news! Dinosaurs Have Big Feelings Too was awarded first place for children's books in education and learning at the spring 2025 BookFest. My hope is that these books continue to support many generations to reduce anxiety, and create a sense of wellbeing.
The award winning Mindful Adventures for the Family Series is officially complete. This playful series (now available in Spanish) guides all ages through mindfulness techniques that bring calmness and joy to their minds.

Through these adventure stories, mindfulness practices, and self-affirmations, children explore Finger Holds to manage emotions, learn the art of belly breathing, build confidence with visualizations, and learn how to get their inner roar out.

These adventures serve as pathways to emotional resilience, focus, and inner peace, nurturing a sense of mental and physical well-being for the whole family.
"Mindful Adventures for the Family" is a treasure trove for kids, parents and educators seeking to build resiliency and learn self-regulating techniques in a fun and joyful way.
