Mini Spring Cleanse Practice

This 27 minute practice begins with a cleansing breath practice known as Kapalbhati breathing. These short exhales out through the sinuses are both cleansing and stimulating. In Yoga and Ayurveda the nervous system ends in the nostrils.

Daily cleansing and oiliation of the sinuses with Nasya Oil helps keep our immune system strong, our sinuses clear and increases mental clarity. This practice begins seated and ends standing. For a longer practice end with a nice relaxation.

Note: Not recommended during pregnancy, or those with hypertension.
