Taran Collis, C-IAYT, AWC,  is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Trainer, Ayurveda Wellness Counselor, and a Holistic Health Promoter. Taran enjoys teaching a variety of multi-cultural self-care tools and evidence-based practices that empower the innate wisdom and healing power within each individual.
